Best area in Ubud for family with 2 kids?

Penestanan, Sayan, and parts of Lodtunduh work well for families: quieter than central Ubud, still practical for school runs and groceries. Check road access (some lanes are steep), pool fencing if kids are young, and distance to Green School or your chosen school. We usually suggest shortlisting 3 to 5 villas and visiting at different times of day before committing.
