B211 vs kitas which one if im villa hunting 6 months

Hey Anna. B211A (visitor) or D12 can work for house hunting trips with extensions, but it is not a long-term living solution. KITAS is the proper stay permit if you are relocating for 6 to 12 months. Rules change. Use a licensed agent and do not overstay. Villa hunting on a B211 is fine - moving in for a year on one - maybe not.
