AC included in rent or extra bill typical?

Hello Amanda, typically all electrcity expenses are not included into the bill. You need to pay them separately. And AC is one of the main contributers to the amount. But sometimes an owner can include all expenses in one payment. Better check with an owner or an agent before staying.
