Villa audit

Third-party check of physical systems and financial history—similar to a Western home inspection plus rental books and tax hygiene.

A villa audit is an independent review of the asset’s physical condition (plumbing, electrics, roof, pool, structure) and, for income properties, operating history—rental revenues, OTA statements, expense ledgers, and tax filings.

Think of it as a disciplined pre-close package for secondary-market villas: it reduces surprises after handover and helps you negotiate from facts, not vibes.
