Sour Sop (Sirsak)
A large tropical fruit with creamy-acidic flavor, often consumed as fresh juice.
Sirsak (soursop) has white fibrous flesh and a distinctive flavor combining sweet and citrus-like notes.
Because whole-fruit preparation can be messy, it is most commonly consumed in Bali as chilled juice.
