Mangosteen (Manggis)
A sweet-tangy fruit with white segments inside a thick purple rind.
Mangosteen (manggis) is known as the “Queen of Fruits” in Southeast Asia. Its interior is fragrant, juicy, and usually easy to portion.
It is widely sold in Bali fruit markets during season and often preferred by people who like balanced sweetness with light acidity.
