Jalur Hijau
Indonesian planning label for green belt or protected non-built strips; property listings may gloss over what it implies.
Jalur Hijau means “green corridor” or green belt: zones planners intend to keep vegetated or free of dense construction. In Bali it shows up on spatial maps alongside the same themes as our Green Zone note—verify against official zoning, not only chat or marketing pins.
