Jackfruit (Nangka)
A very large tropical fruit eaten both ripe (sweet) and unripe (savory cooking).
Nangka (jackfruit) is used in two very different ways: ripe for sweet fruit segments, and young/green as a savory ingredient in traditional dishes.
Its versatility makes it common in Bali markets, kitchens, and local warung menus.
