Durian
A strongly scented tropical fruit with custard-like flesh, highly loved and highly divisive.
Durian is often called the “King of Fruits.” In Bali, seasonal stalls appear widely and families often treat durian eating as a social event.
Its aroma is intense and can linger, which is why many hotels and villas restrict bringing durian inside.
