Bat Poop (Guano)
Bat droppings found around roof spaces or high terraces; a maintenance and hygiene signal.
Guano can appear on high terraces or under rafters where bats roost. It is organic but can stain stone and finishes.
Routine roof-space checks are part of good villa management, especially for open-ceiling or old timber structures.
