AC split system
Indoor unit plus outdoor compressor—the Bali premium look often hides units behind timber lattice or in bulkheads for silent comfort.
An AC split system pairs an indoor evaporator with an outdoor compressor. It is the default cooling technology for most villas.
In higher-end projects, “concealed” splits hide the indoor unit behind carved timber screens or ceiling bulkheads so climate control does not fight the tropical interior aesthetic. Maintenance access still has to be practical for technicians.
